How to:
ICW Sorter System Speed Change
Skill required to complete this article: Controls and level is No Skill Level Association.

Question/Problem

How is the speed for a sorter changed?

Environment

  • ICW

Answer/Solution

1. Look out for the tab named 'System Speed Selection', typically in the Command Center section.

2. If the tab is missing, you may add it from ' Administration' Option on the top left corner of your screen. Drag and drop it to your left from your ICWCustomPanels.dll or CommandCenter.dll drop down menu from your right side of the screen.

Make sure to update the right source in your component configuration window

3.For the desired sorter, make sure that the appropriate Control Panels are stopped, then select the new speed for that sorter.  The Control Panels can then be started, followed by starting the sorter and merge.

*Note that tab names in ICW can be customized to suit the individual site needs and naming conventions.
