Question/Problem

 How to give manual transport orders to ICL

Environment

Lenze PLC designer.

Bomgar to make connection with the management PC

Axis Companion to watch out cameras (Not must needed)

Answer/Solution

  1. Put Machine Manual Order Mode (Follow Below Steps):

Go to Commissioning

Select Manual Order

Go to Event View and Reset the Event

Go to Production menu and put Machine in Production, and count how many trays are there in end side

  1. Once Machine is in Production Execute
  2. Go to Commissioning Page again and Enter the Position in Manual Order as given below:

Here we are giving manual order for location [1,1] , values would be as follows:

X = 1

Ytop = 1

Yend =1,

Zref = 0

For Zabs, check the number of Totes on TD at end side, in this case there were 2 totes so we would put Zabs=2, so that it will go to the that  position without shuffling.

Once it moved to [1,1] , hit "Stop" button and check with Site if it is at the correct position,
