How to remote into a site using a VTS account

Login into VTS
|
Login using the following website:
|
|
|
Find the site location you want to remote into and click "Service PC control"
|
In the screenshot to the right, I am going to remote into the BB- Ohio site
|
|
|
Successfully remoted into the site
|
Once you login to the site, you will see a computer screen. You can access the code to the correct ICL through the PLC code
|
|
|
If you want to see the status of people on the remote connection
|
Click on the tab for the stie you want to see the connections to
|
