If you are seeing a faulted SDCP Card and site had just replaced the drive make sure that the Jumper is removed on the S1, S2, and S+

Go to the Faulted Drive
|
See which Drive shows faulted on the SDCP Module
|
|
|
Go to the Drive
|
At the Drive see if the Jumper is still in the Drive it will look like this

Remove the Jumper
|
Why you need to remove the jumper, you will need to do this because the SDCP is your Safety and by having this Jumper you are sending 48V DC to the terminal S1 and S2 instead of 24V DC. It already is getting the proper Voltage from the SDCP
|

Go Back to the Module
|
After going back to the Module see if the Fault Cleared, if it didn't restart the Control Panel and PLC.
