No Ping from common host to scanner
 
Environment

Any Intelligrated control system
Any brand barcode scanner
Ethernet connected scanner
Common host can reach other scanners on same network via Ping
 

Answer/Solution

Power cycle scanner

Ethernet channel disconnected or disabled.

Resolve ethernet connection issues for all related devices

Check Scanner encoder if it's in continuous contact with the belt and verify scanner transmit eye is cycling in sync with inducted boxes.
