Question/Problem

VTS is the third party platform that we remote access into ICL(iCollector) and troubleshoot any ICL issues. In order to access VTS and its functions, you need a VTS account.

-Companies using VTS Samuel Adams Boston Beer 

-iCollector

Notify VTS need of account

Email  support@vts-group.nl that there is a new VTS account. In the email, provide the email address associated with the VTS account

If no response is returned, email Teun (Teun@densestorage.nl) regarding VTS access being needed

 

Wait for VTS confirmation 

VTS will send confirmation email with AXIS codes and will make you create a new password for your account.
