1. Collect the old label and new label given by the customer.
2. Log into putty with 172.21.15.177 IP Address.

 3. click open and than click yes to reach putty window.

 4. Login as: support

 5. Enter password for the same.

 6. Than run command cd ankur

 7. After that run command ls -lrt

 8. Then It will ask  "Enter the shipping label to be changed provided by customer", here enter the bad scan label no.( such as V1114018 ).

 9. Then It will ask again "Enter the new shipping label as provided by customer", here enter the new label no. (such as 30691523).

 10. Then Enter y for checking that it has successfully changed.
