Answer/Solution

Restore ZoneMax Card

You will need to go into EasyRoll have them take a copy of the current File on the ZoneMax Card and then download it onto the New ZoneMax Card.

Check Module Output

After restoring the ZoneMax Card and backup file to the Card, test the Outputs. Also Compare Outputs on another line that does the same Operation

Check Haul Senor or InFeed Timing Prox

Make sure that if the Cam Roller was replaced that it was rotate correctly and the InFeed Prox Senor on the CS1001 Card is showing Correctly. The Senor should be off when the ZoneMax is Down and not up. The Sensor light should not be on when the ZoneMax is Raised.

Change Out BNR

If all the steps have not fixed the issue you need to look at replacing BNR module
