Answer/Solution
Major Causes:
1.Case was not conveyed completely
2.PE is out of alignment
3.Product felt down on the PE
Steps to reset the fault:
1.Clear the PE / Re align the PE
2.Reset Events.
3.Put ICL into production
This error is happens when the ICL does not get a RUN signal from the conveyor and you get the "RUN signal not active" error on the web HMI for ICL.
Once they pushed the stucking case or re-aligned the PE, totes started to feed into ICL
Splunk Error
Clear the PE / Re align the PE.
On this picture below you can see the tote is blocking the PE, ask onsite Maintenance to push it with a long pole or if it is not possible ask them to do LOTO procedures , turn off the ICL Panel and enter to the I/O channel area to clear or re-align the PE.
Reset Events and hit production button.
