Question/Problem

 How to allow Robot to continue working when there is a light curtain error. This does not allow the Pallets to load and unload. 

Environment

 Yaskawa Robot 

  

Answer/Solution

 

Step	Details	Image/s
Check the PLC for which LCPs are getting toggled on and off to make sure that the LCPs are working
If toggling of the PLC is working, make sure that you are getting 24V to the LCPs
Block the LCPs to see if they are communicating when lit up
Check the wiring for between the networks to see if the connection is fit.
