Status of transfer Box Detail in Acupass Maint tab in BOSS HMI (ask site
which transfer is stuck) for example, Transfer Box with ID 13 is stuck in
occupied State.

Shared Memory for related RTC and navigate to accupass module and box data.
In this
example the issue was with RTC3, Acupaas module 3 and Box ID 13.
