1. Log in to the Dimensions Gateway

2. Click the four vertical lines on the header to open the navigation bar.

3. Click on the ‘Drives: Diagnostics’ tab

4. On the Drives Diagnostics screen, click the ‘Source’ dropdown box and select a source.

5. Right click the faulted drive and select ‘Manual Control’
• NOTE: Multiple drives can be selected at once by clicking the first drive, holding the ‘Shift’ key on the keyboard, and clicking the last drive.

6. Once in manual control, click the fault reset button.
• NOTE: Sometimes drives may require multiple fault resets, if the drive doesn’t reset after ~3 attempts it may need to be physically inspected for issues.

7. Disable manual control
• Disable Manual Mode by clicking the green ‘Manual Control’ toggle.
• NOTE: Disabling manual control will not automatically restart the drive, it will need to be restarted via pushbutton or the HMI Start/Stop Area.
