Question/Problem

 To recover from Object Scanner TD not positioned correctly Fault:

 

Environment

 Lenze PLC

Transfer Device

iCollector

 

Answer/Solution

  • This should only be done if the issue is still occurring after an object scanner calibration was completed

 

Ideal Reteaching Process

 

  1. Calibrate the camera and is inline with the channel 1,1
  2. Put the machine in manual orders through radio buttons
  3. Put the system in production execute.
  4. Hit RETEACHING RACK option.
  5. Once all your channel's teached button turns grey, put it in Teaching radio button mode.
  6. System will start teaching and will be stopped when completed.
  7. Reset the alarm events and put system in Automatic.
  8. If the system runs good for 10 minutes, stop the machine, save the values and put it in auto again to continue the production. ( when press save the button should toggle( go down) and when the values are saved, button will come out( un toggle ) by itself.
