Answer/Solution

1. Type Checkwave 001 or 002:

Check to see if the wave is set to accept a residual work wave: Under status, number 4 should have an 'X'  for residual work.

2. Navigate to support/cferguson/Voidwaverepro directory

3. Run the Voidwavereprocessor.csh with the wave id as the trailing argument:

Void wave entry:

Note: Now using support server instead of Prod

4. If the wave is not in ready status the below message will be displayed:

If the Unload directory is not defined to create a database unload the below message will be displayed:

5. The Program will verify the Y,D and C files exist.

6.The Y file will be changed to the S file and moved to the Data dir.

7.After 10 secs the contents of the D file will be displayed to show how many picks the void wave contains and then moved to the Data dir.

8. After 10 secs the C file will be moved to the Data dir and the void wave reprocessed message will appear.

9. The program will then check the database to ensure the void wave is present.

Note: From prod server.

10. Lastly the program will delete the wave table entry for the void wave id.

It will display that the wave entry has been deleted and check that it has been.

If nothing returns then it was successfully deleted.

Files:

delete_sql_query.sql - File create and overwritten each run to delete the wave table entry.

orderl_sql_query.sql - File created and overwritten each run to show the query created for the wave and wave count in the database.

wave_check_query.sql - File created and overwritten each run to show the query created to display if the void wave entry was deleted.

wave_status_query.sql - File created and overwritten each run to show the query created to get the wave status.
