Question/Problem

When Empty pallet moves onto the Lift table in the pallet stacker, Fingers were not retracting.

 

Environment

  Depalletizer

 Pallet Stacker

 Lift table

 Studio5000

Answer/Solution

 1. Check the middle position of the lift table

2.  Check if Lower and Top prox sensors are working

3.  Metal flag on the Lift table should be in the middle position so that it can block the Prox sensors to ensure that Lift table is in the middle position.

4. verify the sensors in the PLC program:
