Question/Problem

How can we open the object scanner software if you don't know the IP's or location of the software.

Environment

Boston beer-Samuel Adams.

USS Icollector

 

Answer/Solution

  1. In case if your object scanner software is deleted from your main desktop follow this procedure.
  2. Go to the below location or the E2D200 software if it is listed in the desktop. If ICL resets the windows to a previous date, you will not see the software listed on the desktop.

 

                     

  1. This opens the software with no ip connections.

             

  1. In the connections tab go to IP address and go for find sensors tab.

 

5. In the find sensor tab enter the IP address you would like to search and the gateway the search needs to be done.

  1. Start the search and it will list all the sensors In the ethernet IP

         ? ? ? ? • ?

  1. Once the search is completed assign all and hit close. This will bookmark all your sensors to the main menu.

 

       

  1. Also if you are connecting to different sensor. Please disconnect the current sensor and connect to the other sensor. This will not distort the view of the sensor.
