ICW Chaincare Calibration

To start a chaincare calibration, the sorter needs to be in diagnostic mode. Please check the box pictured below in the sorter maintenance section. Please advise site that they should not be running product on the sorter during calibration.

 

 

 Once it's confirmed that site is not running product. Check 'Enable Chain Care Calibration' then click start calibration in order to run the chaincare calibration routine. It will look for the sorter sync(orange) shoe and then run the calibration. 

**NOTE** If the calibration is stuck at finding sync shoe then you will not be able too complete the calibraton. You will instead need too troubleshoot why,

 

 

Once chaincare calibration has been completed. You will see the following window. Uncheck the 'Enable Chain Care Calibration' and 'Enable Diagnostics' buttons to hand the sorter back to the customer.
