Question/Problem
 
No weight information displayed on ICW causing divert aborts

Environment

InControlWare or BOSS
PandA lanes

Problem Description

* Barcodes being read and displayed by ICW

* Weight being read and displayed by scales (No hardware issues)

* All scales present this issue (Not focused in one scale -> no hardware issues)

* Random cartons affected (Some cartons display weight info in ICW -> Probably a communication issue)

* WMS from site was receiving and sending the correct weight info

Answer/Solution

 Root Cause: Two RTC controllers were connected at the same time with the same IP address

 Solution: Turn off the controller that was not supposed to be on
