How do I end an old alarm that is showing in Alarm Viewer/View Center?

ICW, InControlWare
 

Answer/Solution

1. Check to make sure the alarm is old/not current and verify with site that the alarm isn't actually happening right now.

2. If the above is true. Click on the alarm to highlight it and then click End at the bottom of the Alarm Details

Please Note: If you are having issues seeing the alarm details you can double click the Alarm Viewer tab in ICW to expand it.
