Answer/Solution

  1. How can I enable and enable diverts SINGLE01 and SINGLE02 from scanner 18015?

From the diverts screen in Momentum you can filter for any divert I use the scanner id 18015 and then click on single01 and then click enable in top right corner. I then did the same for single02 , both are now enabled and should be allowing diverts.

2.  How can I make singles divert to MULTI01?

Go to the destinations screen in Momentum and add MULTIS01 to singles by filtering for singles and then clicking edit and then adding multis01 and a divert to use for singles.

Once this is added disable SINGLES01 and SINGLES02 and singles should now be routed to MULTIS01.
