Question/Problem:

  TransferDevice Top: RFID Tag not read SetScanMove active during main routine

 

Environment:

- Lenze PLC

- Transfer Device

- iCollector

 

  

Probable Causes:

RFID tag is stuck in PLC memory.

Tote does not have a RFID tag or is damaged.

RFID scanner has a loose wiring.

 

Steps:

  1. State cycle the faulted TD IO.
  2. Reset Event.
  3. If Event did not reset  - Cold reset the PLC.
  4. If fault comes back: a physical issue is there either with the tag or the scanner.
  5. Bring the TD to either the maintenance position and check if all the totes have RFID tags and are in good condition.
  6. Re-plug the RFID scanner.
