Question/Problem

How to force/unforce a motor or any device on ICW environment.

Environment

ICW screens.

Answer/Solution

1.- In Support Center select the desire device to be forced.

2.- Right click and select "Add Selected as Forced on/off" depending of what state is the desire for the force.

3.- The selection in the last point won´t force the device, is needed to check the check box for that. For unforcing we just need to uncheck the same check box.

4.- Don´t forget to unforce and "delete the force list" or "unforce Selected" when the testing is done. There are some cases where the customer ask in specific to leave something force, but site needs to request that in specific.
