Meter belt showing under speed alarm, belt not moving. 

1. Check shaft encoder, encoder cables, and motor cables
2. Test motor with no load 
3. Removed drive change and check belts can move freely 
4. Check internally for any debris or foreign object 
5. Drive Pulley shifted over. Bearing sets crews loosened, pulley adjusted and tighten hardware and tested.
