Question/Problem

How to download ICW Client software?

Environment

ICW InControlWare software

ICW Client

Windows PC with ethernet access to InControlWare server

Answer/Solution

Intelligrated uses an intuitive user interface for its software products, the InControlWare (ICW) Client. This user interface is based on standard Microsoft Windows technology and leverages this technology to provide a complete front-end for systems being controlled by InControlWare. A security system, requiring a user name and password, is built into the interface and controls access to the functions.

The ICW Client provides visibility into current system status, allows users to evaluate and control system operation, and displays performance data to support decision-making.

The ICW Client may be run on any Windows-based platform that meets the minimum requirements. Most of the desktop systems found in customer facilities should be able to run the software, if required.
ICW client exe files are generally stored on Database server. The customer can download the exe file by entering the database group IP address for the specific site on a web browser which will prompt to a link to download the ICW client software.

Please note: to access the client download webpage, the client computer needs to be on the same local network.
