If site complains that everything is running but they lost visualization on the system ,this means that the Daemon crashed and services stoppped on in stopping mode :
1- you can try to restart from services
2- if step 1 dosen't work tryit from task manager
3- if 1 and 2 doesn't work then open CMD as admin , and type
