Question/Problem

 How to VPN into Sunny Delight Network

 

Environment

 VA93 Custom Pool

Ecatcher Talk2m

Answer/Solution

1. Login to VA93 with your credentials

2. Go to Start and open Ecatcher app

3. Put below details in login Window

Account : JJ_Honeywell

Username: Honeywell Support

Password: Welcome@2025

Select the Honeywell Ewon from below window and press "connect" button 

 

Now you can see the connection as shown below:

4 Remote connection is established now, We can go online with the PLC now.

NOTE: 

If connection is not established after pressing Connect button, we have to rename the Tap-Window Adapter to "Talk2m-eCatcher" and then connect back.

Follow below steps:

> Go to Control Panel->Network and Internet->NetworkConnections and rename  Tap-Window Adapter with "Talk2m-eCatcher"

> . Then Repeat he Login process Step3 Onwards.
