Answer/Solution
If any Target miniload Cranes are not accepting product and crane interface in ICW is showing as in 'Crane Error' state, follow this procedure to recover the Crane to an enabled state.

1-Connect to ICW Client and check Crane State on Crane
Interface menu

Crane is showing in Error State in ICW
|
|
|
2-Stuck open\Divert Pairy
|
Delete any old\stuck open/divert pair for 'Errored' crane
from database
|
Follow (KB-10356)
|
|
3-MDR Status
|
Check MDR Ineterface screen in ICW, look for related MDR
for 'Errored' Crane
|
Re-initialize the Crane MDR section, if after
re-initialization, MDR change to 'Disabled' state, follow (KB-10360)
